TRD is pleased to introduce our first cold air intake kit, It offers up to 11 additional HP and 9 lb. ft of torque. The intake features an aluminum tube, powder-coated in candy apple red with a reusable, high-flow conical air filter. The longer, smoother intake tube improves cylinder fill rates which in turn maximizes power potential. The new Cold Air Intake is fully warranted and emissions legal in all 50 states.

TRD's Matrix Lowering Spring Set is designed to lower all trim levels of Matrix (except 4WD) by 1 ¼" and includes front progressive rate springs providing reduced body roll and increased responsiveness under varying road conditions. | TRD's Sway Bar Set for Matrix Base, XR and XRS (2WD only) offers reduced body roll during cornering. The front bar features both a race and street setting, increasing stiffness from 50%-55% depending on the setting. The rear bar provides a 118% increase in stiffness over stock. initial Matrix offering includes an 18" wheel stainless steel
high-flow sport muffler and a set of< progressive
rate lowering springs. A high-performance clutch is also now
available. TRD's new 5-spoke wheel is cast aluminum, hubcentric and finished in a simulated graphite metallic color. The center cap is black with a contrasting silver TRD logo. Recommended tires are the latest in Yokohama's performance offering, Z-Rated Parada Spec-2 (225/40ZR18). |

| The TRD Big Brake Kit, currently available for the Toyota Celica, has been approved for installation on the Matrix base, XR and XRS 2WD models. TRD's big brake assembly comes complete with two-piece slotted rotors, 4-piston aluminum calipers, stainless steel, braided brake lines and high-performance brake pads. This advanced brake system decreases stopping distance and enhances vehicle stability during aggressive driving and repeated or panic stops. | TRD announces the availability of a TRD Performance Air Filter for the 2003 Matrix and Corolla. TRD air filters provide greater airflow and feature a precision pleat geometry that maximizes the media area for increased filtration. 1.8L Supercharger The new 1.8L Supercharger offers up to a 35% increase in power and torque and an additional 7.5 lbs of boost. The bolt-on unit is integrally cast and is equipped with new efficiency and performance enhancing features, such as a race-inspired supplemental injector for enhanced full throttle performance and an internal bypass circuit for fuel efficiency and smoother operation at low speeds. Peak torque is 145 lb.-ft. supercharged @ 4000 RPM vs. 125 lb.-ft. stock at 4200 RPM. Peak horsepower is 166 HP supercharged @ 6800 RPM vs. 130 HP @ 6000 RPM.
